A Silence Sighting

Okay, I was watching Torchwood today. Episode 3, Season 1, Jack's teaching Gwen how to shoot a gun when he says

"Straight line to the silence"

The Silence! How did they get in there? Is it just an expression or could it be that people have been planning things for a very long time. Jack's supposed to come back for the 50th anniversary, and there's certainly going to be Silence there. Could it be that he meets the Silence and because of his special trait somehow remembers them? Then he goes to Torchwood. Jack's a time traveler too, I wouldn't be surprised if he met the Doctor, met the Silence, found his hand(the Doctor's), gave it to him, etc. And what about the Weevels? Unevolved Silence, perhaps. Major breakthrough or pointless observation? I'll let you decide.

Message to Martha

Anyone else notice that in the Doctor's message to Martha in Human Nature, he mentions Rory?
"It's like that panel game on channel four like Rory just pointed out"

Now, I've heard he was talking to the camera man Rory, at the time.  I'm not quite sure if I believe that.  But regardless, if you'd like to hear for yourselves, you can watch it in the link below

Rory Who?

Alright, so major plot hole here.  Rory. So when he's erased from existence, a lot of things would be screwed up...

In the Eleventh Hour, he has 20 minutes to save the Earth.  He does it in time because Rory shows him the pictures of the comatose patients walking about.  Without that, Earth would have been destroyed.  The Doctor would have died along with them.  Amy never would have gotten on the TARDIS.

If Rory never existed, then Amy and Rory never would have gotten together, thus River would no longer exist.  She wouldn't take him to the Pandorica.  The Doctor would be unable to bring himself back to the universe.  The Silence may have found a better psychopath.  He could very well be dead.  If he had found the Library on his own, he'd be dead.  If he and Amy had gone to the Byzantium without her, then Amy'd be dead, and possibly him too.

They never would have gone to Venice.  She'd never remember the vampires.  Thus, the 'vampires' would have taken over at the very least Venice.  The Doctor would have noticed that, would he not?

How many would be dead without Rory Williams?  The world may never know

Song ending

Going back pretty far now.  No clue if this means anything, but what if the Ood weren't truly talking about The End of Time?

'Your song is ending'

Clearly means death, but what if it's another double meaning?  SONG.  River Song, the woman who kills the Doctor.

Fall of the Eleventh

“On the fields of Trenzalore, at the fall of the Eleventh, when no living creature may speak falsely or fail to give answer, a question will be asked. A question that must never, ever be answered.”

The fall of the eleventh... doctor?  Could be...
